P. R. China MSA soliciting public comments on the “Implementation Opinions on the Administration on Seafarer Assignment Agencies”
In accordance with the Provisions of the PRC on the Administration of Overseas Assignment of Seafarers, the P. R. China MSA has drafted the Implementation Opinions on the Administration on Seafarer Assignment Agencies (Draft for Comments) to standardize the qualification management of seafarer assignment agencies.
